We are members of the Amercian Bar Association and its Intellectual Property Law section. ABA is a resource for knowledge
and tools sponsoring workshops, meetings, seminars, CLE sessions and up-to-date publications. Many of relationships with legal
professions around the country are derived from the ABA membership base.

We were a founding member and former chairperson of the group that was responsible for establishing a pervasive internet
communications protocol for the commercial food service industry enabling appliances to exchange data and inter-operate within
the restaurant and over the internet. The standard is applicable to full service restaurants, fast food, hotel/motel, and
business and institutional kitchens.
